Holy Shit I woke up and we lost to the Blues

Out of my drunken stupor I awoke to my great presents of XBOX 360 and NHL 07 which i can't stop playing ( I played for hours in one stretch) also I picked up my Ryan Miller Vintage at the mall. The night I went to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert at HSBC and was told of our doom, 3-2 Blues win in OT. HOLY SHIT as I thought we had that one wrapped up we lost I guess we had to become normal sometime and be a regular team but the Blues c'mon we are better than that. We face the Caps tomorrow and that will be Christmas late for some people, as I said before the Sabs are going to work Alexander "OV" Ovechkin hard, I expect Campbell to give him another one of his punishing hits. I just want the Sabres to win.

We finally lost two in a row, not really a big deal because satistically we had to lose two some time. Last night for Secret Santa my present was NHL's Greatest moments, the DVD is sick and I recommend it to any hockey fan they even have the heritage classic on there, they have to do another one soon. Sabres and Crosby on the same night ?

So tonight on MSG the Sabres take on the Habs which will hopfully be a great contest as the other 4 were but also on Vs. there is the Pens Vs. the Blues. Crosby is the best player to watch right now on TV with Staal and Malkin it is honestly a great show they put on and against the Blues no less so it should be a win for them, for the Sabres it's a different story Kenrick Tallinder is finally practicing again and Gaustad was moved to wing from center so we'll see how he does. I think I'll just sit back and bask in the glory of hockey with a molson and no bother to study for my nutrition exam tomorrow because when you have the Sabres adn Crosby on the same night who needs education ?

The Sabres shit the bed, it's ok I mean the Florida game was a goalie game which I went to and saw Belfour play his last game in Buffalo probably but last night's loss just stung a bit, a blow out would've been better but with our shitty penalities then our shit power plays it's no wonder we lost and now it doesn't get any better we play Montreal next and we look tired it f we lose that game I won't be surprised and the Ducks lost last night so I don't feel too bad we lost. My exams are coming up and i am barely studying so it seems as the Sabres do good then I do good vice versa so I'm praying we win on second thought cause I have two that day wtf.

IT'S MILLER TIME

WOW what a game, that was the best game by Miller so far this year that stick save was sick! It's too bad he didn't get the shut out. The Briere/Max one timer was a big fuck you to Brodeur even though he had a good game too. That was the hardest game the Sabres have played all year so far New Jersey really took them to the limit but the Sabres found their way around the Jersey D which was a shock even to the announcers on Vs. Next up the Florida game which I'm going to hopefully we get the Panthers back after that horrible game we had, where Miller had no support.

Doin' it in Jersey

Well it looks like were almost home for our road trip and Jersey no less is our last opponent it should be a great game but I could be wrong it's alost impossible to beat the Devils when they are either at home or score first. Brodeur should be right on his game tonight as should Miller and I expect this to be a low scoring like a 2-1 affair or even a less, a shutout wouldn't be surprising considering how low scoring the Devils are and how Brodeur wont let anything by almost. 2-1 Sabres in a shootout again Vanek will get Brodeur with a fake slapshot.

Oh yea I'm so pumped right now Vanek is the man my thumbs really hurt from playing NHL 94 on Sega for the last 4 hours. Grant Fuhr was our goalie and Brind'Amour was on Philly and he was still a dick.

It's bad enough the Sabs lost but now i saw the new jersey too WTF?

Last night was bad, really bad 18 shots on goal that's it I mean not in the first period the whole game for the Sabres, we really shit the bed last night. Miller was the only player working out there acoording to Lindy Ruff and I agree you could see he flipped shit with his team giving him no support. The asshole award goes to Kalinin for that shitty backwards dive he made to fuck up Miller and let Jackman score. Where the fuck were you going Kalinin did you think Miller wasn't going to be there? And today I saw the "New" jersey for the All- Star Game I only saw a pic on facebook and they don't look bad right now since it's a drawing but with what we've heard about the form fitting and has to be tucked in and look like fat asses it will look like shit then. Miller is #1 in voting for Goalies so I'm pumped for that about the All-Star Game. I'm praying that we'll win in Montreal Saturday night

The Sabres must be enjoying the weather down in Flordia because it's snowing here in Buffalo we had about 2 inches Tuesday. I was looking at my favorite hockey blog http://coveredinoil.blogspot.com and the video was of the Canes winning the Cup last year. Now I remember watching the game but you know I must have blocked it out because I just realized the CANES WON THE CUP! WHAT! just seeing the video made me roll up into a ball in the cornor of my room. Hearing the call the Canes win the Cup is the Bill Buckner Call it's so redick you can't comprehend it until you 1/4 through the next season. I hope the Sabs win tonight cause I'm going to the game against Florida when they get back. I predict 4-2 Sabres Max, Briere, Hecht and Kotalik.

Buffalo (20-4-2) Vs. Tampa (8-15-5) With the loss we had on saturday I'm pretty sure this won't be the game where the Sabres for the first time lose two in a row, it's the Lighnting, it's the best team to face after our 7-4 loss and will boast our team back up and give Miller maybe even his second shut out of the year. St. Louis will be our biggest challenge because he's always on his game. I predict Sab's 3-0, Hecht, Pominville and Stafford, yes I said it Stafford, the Kid is due.

An Open Letter to Alexander Ovechkin

Dear Mr. Ovechkin,

I know your the new face of the NHL and all, have your own link on NHL.com but you can't run ruff shot over the NHL. Ovechkin you are a very skilled young player with many years left to play but after the cheap shot on Briere, the Sabres will be gunning for you the next time we meet on December 26th. Christmas will come late for the Buffalo Sabres but it will be well worth seeing you and your piece of shit team get the crapped kicked out of them at HSBC Arena. I hope you watched thr replay of the game and saw the look in Breire's eyes after getting up, Briere isn't a fighter and all the girls in Buffalo think he's so hot ( sound fimilar ?) but he will be on the 26th, even Max got into a fight with one of your teammates and Max never fights.
I read the Caps signed Brasser to protect you but I guess he just taught you to almost end player's careers, the funniest part was your team wasn't even losing so what is wrong with you? Nice goal on Miller, Ovechkin i have to give you your due there but after learning you were only fined 100.00 dollars which you could easily pay with the money the Caps pay you and also more good news for you Ovechkin, you won't face a suspension or a hearing just because your the new face of the NHL, you should be so lucky. I guess the NHL front office did the Sabs a favor, noe they have more reason to deal out the justice.

I want a Peters/Ovechkin fight

Tonight is the night we finally face a new team. Ovechkin and the Caps hopefully will get wrecked tonight but it will be an interesting match up and see how Miller does against Alexander. He is incredible hockey player but it's sad he doesn't have a team to back him up at least in Pittsburgh you know there is promise with Crosby, Staal, and Malkin but with the Caps there is nothing i mean nothing exciting except for Ovechkin. Look out tonight for a bunch of kids from Erie Community College they got a bus rode from 8 this morning 8 hours to DC got a 100 level seat and a hot dog for 100 bucks the people on the bus include a girl who is an asshole now i know you never call a girl an asshole but she is one so that was my first reason for not going. Since of all the sell outs that is another new thing in Buffalo we will travel anywhere to see the Sabres DC sure, Columbus hell yea, even Jersey the booster club for 250 gets you a ticket and a plane ticket. I guess that shows everyone how dedicated we are i mean i would travel 500 miles just to see Peters knock the fuck out of Ovechkin.

How do Sabres Fans get back at the Canes for last year......Fantasy Hockey

My friends recently signed up for Fantasy Hockey, don't ask me why but you know your from Buffalo when all your friends refuse to pick any player from the Canes' because of last year. The hatred for the Canes' in Buffalo has cooled but anytime the Sabres play them we get them good, it kinda feels like the little brother that was loved more than you growing up and getting back at them by kicking the shit out of them in front of their girlfriend ( i.e. the Stanley Cup). My friend, Cole in the last round had to pick one player and with all his energy he couldn't help it but he picked Eric Staal, he still stuffs socks in his mouth at night and quivers at the pick he choose.

My first kid will be named Teppo

It was nice to see that the Sabres can still take care of opponents the hard way. I'm pretty sure Kevin Weekes' job is a back up for a while after the great game Henrick had.
I was double-treated that night to the commercials on MSG, if you have family troubles, no car insurance,
love Matthew Modine, have vericous veins and like to run without a bra then the commercials
on MSG will slove all your problems.
